Yes. Patrol timing is random for all plans. This avoids creating a fixed, predictable patrol schedule.

The guard patrols past your property in the patrol vehicle, observes the exterior from the vehicle and provides a visible security presence.

The guard stops at your property and spends additional time observing the exterior. Included documentation and photo confirmation depend on your plan.

If a guard observes a crime in progress, an immediate threat to safety or another emergency, they will call 911 and provide the location and relevant details. Where safe and lawful, guards may verbally challenge those involved, help people move to safety and take reasonable action to interrupt unlawful activity within their legal authority. Physical intervention is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed. Guards document observations and provide app updates according to your plan and service procedures. For non-emergency concerns, guards contact police through the appropriate non-emergency channel when needed. NeighbourGuard does not replace police, fire or emergency medical services. If you need emergency assistance, call 911 directly.

App features depend on your plan. Plus and Elite include detailed patrol activity, photo confirmations where included, Away From Home Watch and additional patrol information.

Plus includes a Patrol Confirmation with Photo. Elite includes multiple Patrol Confirmations with Photos. Standard does not include property photo confirmation.

Eligible app updates are sent as patrol information is recorded and processed. Delivery can depend on mobile connectivity and notification settings.
